Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable
  • Assist with Monitoring customer and Koppers inventory at the plant
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Payroll and general human resources tasks
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; Associate degree in accounting preferred
  • 3 years of relevant office experience; 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility clerical position preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with suppliers/ customers in a professional manner
  • General understanding of accounting/ financial principles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
