Overview: plant

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. The Lincoln, RI facility is looking for a motivated individual to support the Lincoln plant.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and place all requisitions generated by the plant
  • Administer all MRO programs (i.e. Fastenal)
  • Administers Inventory – maintains critical parts
  • Administers and maintains all MRO inventories
  • Communicates and interface with all vendors
  • Administers all Maintenance requisitions
  • Tracks Maintenance budgets
  • Works directly with Maintenance Manager and Controller to manage maintenance budget.
  • Works directly with Maintenance and production to identify critical parts and inventory needs.

Requirement(s):

  • Inventory management experience
  • Able to work with multi-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • High school diploma
