Job Description:

Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Salesforce Support Coordinator at our Golden Valley, MN facility. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization conducting day-to-day business and executing the strategic priorities of the Pool business unit. This position will require you to be on-site at the Golden Valley, MN, office 3 days a week.

More details about the opportunity:

  • Provide support for sales organization with Salesforce.com, primarily around accounts, contacts and opportunities
  • Execute account cleanup efforts (i.e. account assignments, de-duplication, etc)
  • Support migration of acquisition dealer customer accounts into Salesforce.com
  • Build basic standard Salesforce.com reporting
  • Monitor Saleforce.com Chatter, distributing requests to cross-functional partners when necessary
  • Manage Dirty Data Dashboard
  • Manage marketing campaign set up and maintenance in Salesforce.com

Other Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree in business, marketing, communications preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience required
