Rochester Sensors is looking for a Full Time Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator I to join the team in Coppell, TX!


  • Conduct material handling functions withing a high volume manufacturing warehouse environment with focus and concentration regarding accuracy to minimize errors.
  • Moves material within warehouse environment.
  • Records material transactions/movement using a PC, the AX12 ERP system and RF scanners while focusing on accuracy.
  • Picks the required material from the warehouse, counts the correct quantity using scales and manual methos and delivers to appropriate areas.
  • Labels bags/boxes with the correct part number and quantity.
  • Scans the material out of the warehouse shelf location and into a hold location, pending delivery to the production lines.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts as assigned by cycle count coordinator.
  • Loads/unloads LTL loads and FedEx/UPS small parcel deliveries.
  • Completes stocking/put-away functions as assigned by Warehouse Lead.
  • May assist in other warehouse operations including shipping/receiving areas by moving material to and from the production lines, consolidating material to create space, and maintaining a clean warehouse.
  • Promotes a team-oriented, collaborative environment by addressing issues in a calm, objective manner. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates. Duties are performed in accordance with all safety      rules and regulations. 
  • Good housekeeping skills are essential to keep work area organized, free of debris and unnecessary clutter.

  • Forklift & Reach truck experience preferred 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Two or more years of Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator experience (preferred).
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment using RF scanner systems (preferred)
  • Solid oral and written business communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and work prioritization skills
