What We Need:
Order entry representatives enter emailed order and quote requests into Brady's SAP ERP system.  The order entry representative will also coordinate with account managers to clarify product and pricing questions; research order history; make pricing calculations; and provide customization information on custom products. 


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Retrieve cases from Salesforce and enter quotes and purchase orders into SAP.
  • Update customer contact information including company name, address, buyers, email addresses and contact numbers.
  • Enter customization information in the form of copy, PDFs, enclosures and written instructions accurately.
  • Achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Work independently to achieve individual goals and assist team members as needed to achieve team targets.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems (Excel, Salesforce, SAP (ERP)) and 2-3 computer monitors simultaneously.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Proficient computer, web navigation, and data entry skills.
  • High level of accuracy as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to use multiple resources including websites, catalogs, portals and Google docs to complete quote and order entry.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Basic math calculations (percentages, costs, tax, etc.) for order processing.


Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the safety, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Understanding of business to business transactions. 
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or related certificate/diploma.

Hiring Range:

  • $17.25 – $20.25/hr.
