What We Need:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager (Sales Training Manager) to join our Healthcare & People Solutions team, based either out of our Manheim, PA or our SLC, UT facilities reporting into the Director of Customer Experience. The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining training and development initiatives within the Healthcare & People Solutions Unit, which includes building and maintaining a learning management system. This role will be pivotal for driving talent development, high-performing teams, and process efficiencies to ensure our customers receive an unrivaled experience. The ideal candidate will design, coordinate, deliver, maintain, and evaluate all sales new hires, continuous learning, and development training, covering systems, selling skills, products, procedures, and processes in group, individual, and web-based settings. Additionally, they will develop and administer creative learning tools and job aids using needs assessments and skill level analysis.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales enablement objectives, priorities, and strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement resources, including sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and training materials that improves seller performance and results in improved pipeline velocity, while creating feedback loops with sales to collect insights for ongoing enablement improvement.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they understand our products/services, target market, buyer personas, and sales processes.
  • Develop and facilitate ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certifications to enhance the sales team’s knowledge, sales skills, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify gaps in sellers’ knowledge, skills, or abilities, design and execute plans to close these gaps.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to optimize sales processes, workflows, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales enablement initiatives and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to gather feedback, address concerns and drive alignment on key initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of sales enablement, training experience and/or education experience.
  • Ability to establish KPIs, testing effectiveness of training/content, collaboration effectiveness
  • Ability to influence sellers, sales leaders and cross functional support
  • Proven track record of designing, coordinating, and administering creative training and talent development programs through various facilitation techniques.
  • Ability to recognize and adjust training to meet individual learning and motivational styles, ensuring participant success.
  • Travel up to 25%.
