Home Performance Alliance - Outside Sales Representative

 

Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years’ experience serving the Florida market. We have over 200 dedicated professionals whose mission is to provide superior products and best-in-class customer service for each one of our homeowners. We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield™, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida. We also offer hurricane-impact doors, bathroom remodeling/additions, and roofing and gutters. All products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

 

Outside Sales Consultant

HPA is seeking several Outside Sales Consultants for our rapidly growing, financially stable company. The ideal candidate for this position will be money motivated, energetic, outgoing, hardworking, and dedicated, with a welcoming and charming personality. This is an opportunity to obtain financial freedom!

Responsibilities

· Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers

· Identify customer needs / wants and utlize HPA's proven sales presentation

· Negotiate and close the sale

Qualifications

· Minimum of two years of sales experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance.

· Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn from Experts.

· Motivated to make serious money.

· Comfortable working out of your car and home, traveling to preset appointments.

· Powerful presentation skills. Consistent reporting ability.

· Pass pre-employment background checks.

 

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

 

Compensation package:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
