As a Regional Manager in the Regional Solutions Network, you hold the important role of being the business leader overseeing sales, engineering, and project delivery personnel. Working closely with each employee, you will ensure their proficiency and efficiency within their respective roles, while maintaining adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of new accounts, engaging in customer contract negotiations, and continuously improving both internal and external processes.

This includes helping sales engineers conduct market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation of contracts.
  • Client Relationships – You will help the sales engineers build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided by the Regional Office. This involves effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Performance Accountability – The Regional Manager is responsible for understanding the key performance indicators for each role under their supervision and providing coaching and feedback to help employees grow in their career.
