Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for achieving maximum profitability and sales growth in line with company vision and values.Establishes and executes sales strategies to grow sales and expand our market share.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Growth, New Business and Key Account Retention: a. Targets, solicits and secures new business.
b. Establishes strong relationships and builds rapport with key decision makers in body shops/MSO’s/auctions/dealerships
c. Actively competes in the market to increase sales growth through generation of new BIAS deals.
d. Proactively develops and implements sales strategies, support processes and productivity tracking in order to increase sales and continually gain market share.
e. Tracks and reports industry market trends and sales intelligence to District Sales Management.
f. Works with our large customers in market (80/20 rule) to ensure their needs are met and commitments are being executed.
2. Customer and Vendor Management:
a. Maintains positive customer relationships by ensuring the exceptional delivery of FinishMaster’s value added services.
b. Directs, manages and enhances relationships between FinishMaster and our vendors, enabling the strengthening partnerships our vendors.
c. Managers “sales process across job functions within the team to maximize efficiencies and provide exceptional customer services.
d. Allocates team resources appropriately to ensure the delivery of optimal service to our customers
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Mandatory Requirements
1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience and Competencies:
Mandatory Requirements
1. Minimum 3-5 years outside sales experience in the PBE industry.
2. 1-3 years previous sales management and/or business development experience.
3. Strong personal sales ability, including negotiation and closing skills.
4. Highly customer focused.
5. Demonstrated good judgment and consistent professionalism.
6. Well organized with ability to work in a fast-paced competitive field environment with minimal immediate supervision.
7. Advanced planning and problem-solving skills.
8. Computer literate.
Preferred Requirements-
