Our Account Managers assure effective distribution of our products and attainment of sales objectives by carrying out the duties and responsibilities of selling, servicing and merchandising retail accounts within assigned territories.

Account Manager Typical Duties 

  • Follow our Company's 10 steps to a sales call 
  • Establish and grow productive, professional relationships with retail owners, buyers, managers and personnel.
  • Strive to ensure all of our Company's retail execution standards are being met
  • Execute retail programs as defined by our Company's chain management and ensures planogram integrity
  • Reviews and adjusts customer generated orders 
  • Takes inventory and writes replenishment orders 
  • Seeks out opportunities and effectively sells in new product placements, displays, and resets 
  • Refreshes and rotates existing product, displays. and responsible for all merchandising activities 
  • Works safely and follows policies and procedures 
  • Works cooperatively with delivery and merchandising support 
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations 


Account Manager Qualifications 

  • Previous sales experience 
  • Ability to problem solve and influence others 
  • Knowledge of customers service standards 
  • Problem solving and organizational skills 
  • Ability to maneuver 168 pound kegs and 35 pound cases on a regular basis 
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
