Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify and direct flow of vendor invoices and statements to facilitate accurate reconciliation, processing, and timely payment of all Company obligations
• Prepare and process invoices for sales deviations, purchase rebates and other miscellaneous vendor billbacks
• Reconcile and apply vendor credit memos
• Work with sales, transportation, and warehouse teams to identify, reconcile, and process all customer credits
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and work with internal and external resources to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Reconcile dropship PO’s, code vendor invoice for payment and process customer sales invoice
• Prepare and process daily check and ACH payments
• Set-up and maintain complete and accurate vendor master files
• Identify potential process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collect and distribute mail daily
• Order office supplies as necessary to fulfill and maintain the needs of all office staff
• Other accounting and office tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree in Accounting or two years of equivalent work experience preferred
• Mathematical skills necessary for account reconciliation required
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Intermediate skills in Excel Spreadsheets and other MS Office products 
• Proven organizational skills
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Ability to focus/stay on task, but able to easily shift tasks as priorities change
• Demonstrated team player with positive attitude
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
