Please note: This position is located in the Middle East and is contingent upon award.

Customer Service Specialist shall perform customer support services to include identifying facility needs, categorizing work, and reviewing work tasks. Provide polite, cheerful, and prompt customer support. All personnel must present a professional and courteous image at all times. The CSS is responsible for all work requests from completion to closeout and shall maintain and update collected data in CE NexGen IT (Tririga) and BUILDER SMS. Follow up with customers and FMs to ensure facility problems are completed to the customer's satisfaction. The CSS shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with managing inventory control procedures, business operations, logistics, finance, or mathematics, extensive Microsoft Office experience, and superior organizational and communication skills. Must be a US National with a secret clearance.
