We are looking for a Program Site Lead and Program Manager for the Amaranth contract, with the position located at a customer facility near Las Cruces, NM. This role will require a successful candidate to work as the Site Lead for the government customer, the LM Program Manager to the prime contractor, and the L-coded manager to the LM employees across the team. • Overall cost and contractual requirements to the Amaranth Prime
• Primary interface to the Prime PM for all execution, issues and concerns
• Matrixed reporting to the Enterprise Mission Operations Director for Profit and Loss responsibility
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of LM work across the contract
As the Amaranth Site Lead:
• Will act as the Amaranth Site Lead at the operations facility
• Responsible for the leadership, customer interface, and technical execution of scope at the operations facility
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading technical program review sessions with customer as appropriate
• Ensure that all program personnel consistently deliver the highest quality work products
As the Lockheed Martin L-coded Manager:
• Provide personnel management of approximately 15 personnel across multiple sites
• This includes ensuring appropriate execution of assigned tasks, career development, issue resolution, and all activities that require corporate compliance
Basic Qualifications
• Experience managing programs/projects providing systems engineering and integration services• Record of providing high quality customer service and demonstrated communication practices
• Previous government or contractor employment within the Intelligence Community
• Experience in the use of project management concepts to manage cost, schedule scope, risk, deliverables and related metrics
• Experience managing programs/projects of various size, scope, complexity
• Demonstrated understanding of Systems Engineering and the development lifecycle to ensure capabilities planned for site delivery are compliant and integrate with customer control gates and deliverables requirements
Desired skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• Previous professional or academic experience with process improvement models
• Experience building and sustaining high performing integrated teams
• Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments
• Direct experience with the local customer, their policies and processes
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and work on a customer site
• Experience working with other contractors as part of a team

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Security Clearance Information
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $118,100 - $226,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
