Successful candidate required to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance.
Candidate must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted. Candidate must be proficient in using desktop computing applications and electronic media. The job may entail long periods of standing and requires specialized conductive footwear. The job may require multiple functions/disciplines including, but not limited to material handling, assembly operations, inspection, test, integration of hardware, parts kitting, warehousing, fork truck operations, calibration, configuration data management, etc.
Must be able to work any shift/schedule (first shift, second shift, weekend schedule).

Basic Qualifications

• Successful completion of AIDT Training required.

• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance therefore all candidates must be US citizens.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have an interim secret clearance prior to starting.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to work any shift/schedule (first shift, second shift, weekend schedule)
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in the revocation of an offer and loss of employment.

Ability to work remotely

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Colorado Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $26,900 - $51,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $31,000 - $56,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
