365 days a year, we aspire to be the best manufacturer of Cell & Gene therapies to ensure our patients have the treatments they need to live longer, healthier lives.The Associate Aseptic Trainer is responsible for the technical training of manufacturing cell processors, media technicians, and other Cell and Gene Therapy support roles. This role provides support to the Aseptic Operations Training Program.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Deliver on-the-job training for Aseptic qualifications
• Deliver instructor-led and on-the-job training associated with Quality Systems and GMP Training requirements
• Conduct hands-on QC microbiology technical training and aseptic gowning training
• Demonstrate strong Aseptic Technique
• Monitor and communicate real-time training gaps to leads and training team, and provide on-going feedback
• Maintain, evaluate and secure training records

Minimum requirements
• High school diploma is required. An advanced degree is preferred• 1+ years of work experience in the GMP/pharmaceutical industry or equivalent
• Direct experience working in a GMP and aseptic or sterile environment is required
Desirable:
• 1+ years of related pharmaceutical technical training experience preferably in a production, QA, and/ or QC related role preferred
• Aseptic gowning and clean room experience is highly desired
• Cell & gene therapy experience is highly desired

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $$59,900 and $89,900 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
