Ihre Aufgaben

• Disposition, Einkaufen von Waren sowie deren Lagerung organisieren

• Planen, Steuern und Überwachen des Produktionsprozesses

• Bearbeiten von Kundenaufträgen vom Eingang bis zur Lieferung

• Erstellen und Auswerten von Statistiken

• Bearbeiten und Prüfen von Geschäftsvorgängen im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung / Controlling

• Begleiten von Personalmaßnahmen (z.B. Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter, Planung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen)

• Verwalten von sämtlichen Daten der Lohnbuchhaltung

• Terminplanung und Büroorganisation sowie weitere vielfältige und spannende Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

• Guter Abschluss der Mittleren Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur

• Spaß beim Umgang mit Menschen und Zahlen

• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement

• Selbstständige und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
