The Bottling Solutions Assistant that supports our Calibration Solutions business has responsibility for the boxing, marking and palatizing of pint and quart sized bottles of pH and conductivity solutions for large, bulk orders.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Off load and maintain automated bottling solutions machine running to ensure efficient and high-quality production output.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues, such as jams or malfunctions, and escalate major problems to the Operator.
  • Set up and prepare the machine for operation by loading necessary materials.
  • Monitor the quality of the bottles being produced, including checking for defects or inconsistencies, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Assembling pack-outs of solution into 6 or 12 pack boxes for bulk solution orders.
  • Repetitive lifting of 15 lb. boxes over an 8-hour shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.

Qualifications/Education:

  • High School Degree or GED required.
  • Experience using basic hand tools.
  • Prior experience operating and maintaining automated bottling machines or similar equipment is preferred.

Compensation/Benefits:

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and compensation for this position.  The package includes base salary, bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k/Match.

Salary Range for this position is $18.90-19.95/hr.
