JOB SUMMARY

Jabil is looking for someone that can help tell Jabil's story to internal and external stakeholders. This person will need to be able to communicate with engineers, business leaders, and customers through verbal, written, and visual displays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in driving strategic executive communication planning

  • Prepare monthly executive readouts

  • Identify and implement approach to track and report on executive communication impact

  • Write and edit executive communication “playbook” content for identified key themes and narratives

  • Proofread written materials for style, grammar, as needed

  • Research, write, proofread, and provide input for a variety of executive communication materials, including scripts, presentations and briefing documents for media or events, as needed

  • Work collaboratively with a high-powered team of global communications professionals to both build your knowledge of how the function works and to ensure you deliver the professional quality outcomes

  • Use leading-edge communications technology and channels to engage a wide variety of audiences - both internal and external

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university/college as undergraduate Junior, Senior, Recent Graduate or Graduate Student

  • Preferred Majors: communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or other related degrees

  • GPA: 3.0+


KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong storytelling skills is a plus

  • Effective Communication skills

  • Self-starter – ability to drive work

  • Demonstrate leadership skills: agility, building trusting relationships, decision making skills, and resilience

  • Strong examples of experience in academic work or participation in Capstone Programs

  • Additional extracurricular activities

  • Future mobility
