Job Description
BAE Systems is offering an exciting opportunity to support an important and dynamic Department of Justice customer supporting a highly capable and diverse team driving technical innovation. The objective of this program, supporting our customers Resource Planning Office (RPO), is to continuously expand, enhance, and maintain enterprise business intelligence, analytical, warehousing, technological, and user support capabilities. This requires skilled, technically knowledgeable, and experienced support to develop new business intelligence reports, analytical capabilities, and data warehouses; execute development for enhancements and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems and environments; and execute special projects. Members of our team will support the execution of IT management and execution functions across RPO units and systems, to build on the efficiencies gained through centralization over the last several years in order to deliver improved quality, usability and utility of RPO’s work to the customers enterprise. 
Required Skills and Education
Required Experience, Skill, and Education:
  • The candidate must have an Active TS Security clearance and willing to undergo a Counterintelligence Polygraph after onboarding. Candidate will not be considered without it.
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Candidate shall have demonstrated at least 2 years’ experience in Web SDK module manipulation. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with MicroStrategy’s dynamic dashboard, report development, and project design: facts, attributes, hierarchies, aggregation, and portal integration. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with reviewing and enhancing logical and physical database designs and optimization with the Business Intelligence platform. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with MicroStrategy schema definition, design, implementation, and maintenance. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with application object development, including metrics, templates, and filters. 
  • Candidate shall have experience in configuring, governing, trouble shooting, and tuning the Intelligence Server. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with MicroStrategy Security Administration. 
  • Candidate shall have experience with relational structures, dimensional data modeling, SQL skills, Data Warehousing, and reporting techniques. 
  • Candidate shall possess excellent oral and written communication skills and effectively communicate details with all levels of management.  
  • Candidate shall possess the necessary people skills to identify requirements and deliver results.
