Job Summary
This entry level position performs preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance tasks, under direct supervision on company facilities, grounds, and equipment in order to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- • Completes incoming work requests from SAP system while providing a safe work environment and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Performs scheduled and proactive maintenance on building systems to ensure a high level of operation
• Compiles information from walk-through assessments to proactively resolve any issues in order to maintain facilities
• Follows safety standards in compliance with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines
• Repairs, replaces and resembles defective equipment and parts. This may include the use of hand and power tools
• Performs other duties as assigned
Job Specific Skills
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools
• Basic knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction and/or repair of buildings, offices and other company structures
• Basic knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies necessary to promote effective local, state and national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and buildings
• Able to analyze/identify performance issues with machinery and conduct necessary repairs and/or enhancements
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
• Basic navigation and understanding of Windows, MS office and other basic software operation including smartphones.
