Position Summary

 

Immediate opening for a Warehouse/Forklift/Class A Driver. Candidate will work individually as well as part of a team in the shipping and receiving department, have the ability to drive multiple types of equipment, and other tasks as assigned. Candidate MUST have a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required. Responsibilities include driving multiple types of equipment. The ability to work efficiently to meet project standards and deadlines is a must.

 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities                                                                    

 

• Effectively work within a team to complete job within deadline
• Ability to successfully pull multiple orders simultaneously
• Ability to use multiple types of equipment, including Box Truck, Tractor Trailer, etc
• Willingness to drive Over-the-Road, when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Expected Hours of Work                                                                                           

 

This is a full-time position with days and hours of work from Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm (subject to change). The position is subject to overtime during peak season, with the possibility of working upwards of 12 hours per day, including weekends.

 

 

Job Requirements                                                                                                        

 

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with clean driving record
• Forklift certification and/or ability to obtain such certification is required
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to do the job
• Construction background helpful, but not necessary
• Exhibit industry experience helpful
• Reliable transportation
