Job Description:

Responsible for executing breaks for KD, Cutter and other Heavy Utilities. Manage the final packaging area and assist with Trim functions when not running breaks. Gain and maintain knowledge of all equipment in the work area. Supply lines with necessary supplies including boxes, film, GMP, PPE, etc. Upload correct case stencils and insure case stencil is printed correctly and legibly, follow and maintain all related PCP’s. BF, BR, BM & allocate Items on the line to ensure that inventories stay correct. Set up the next shift with the proper supplies. Assist partners on the line when downtime presents itself. Maintain high standard of house keeping throughout the line. Assist in line changeovers. Follow and maintain all related PCP’s. Work with Leaders and fellow Partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages. Manage Raw Material Waste including scrap and salvage handling as well as operating trim press. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements. Record accurate data on production reports. Other duties may be assigned due to need by the shift leader. Must be able to fulfill all essential functions, non-essential functions, testing, skills, physical demands, experience, and progressive requirements to the keep position.

Complete sanitation of production lines for both midweek sanitations and full cleanups. Position will also assist in preventative maintenance on equipment.
