The Compliance Generalist will support multiple areas of Corporate Compliance to aid in the successful execution of our global compliance strategy. This position is intended to provide a broad experience in various compliance areas in an effort to grow and develop the individual as a compliance professional. The position is viewed as a developmental opportunity for future compliance leadership roles by acquiring knowledge on the foundational aspects of managing compliance programs, as well as gaining experience in several technical areas including, but not limited to, environmental health & safety, government contracting, labor practices, and business ethics.

**Note are open to a student finishing up their last semester graduating in Dec 2022. There might be an opportunity to work part time during the fall semester if that fits with a students schedule.***

Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Lead the management of compliance-related documentation including, but not limited to, customer-related compliance surveys and inquiries, safety data sheets, compliance dashboards, and compliance metrics documentation including dashboards.
  • Aid in the development and enhancement of compliance training content, including assessment and enhancement of training delivery methods.
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation of compliance-related audit activity, including involvement in the tracking and resolution of audit findings in coordination of site and regional compliance professionals.
  • Assist in aligning our compliance programs with the various ratings agencies and standards organizations, such as Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), various ISO Standards, etc.
  • Assist in the facilitation of ethics and compliance-related investigations to ensure an efficient process, resulting in quality investigations with defined actions for resolution.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of compliance-related communication forums such as the Compliance SharePoint site, compliance-related content on the company website, and compliance social media contributions.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related technical field. Experience not required, but preferred.
  • Desire to grow with an organization in a compliance-related role.
  • Must be an organized individual that can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
