PPG is searching for a professional Compliance Manager to join our operations team. You will ensure our business operations and procedures follow legal regulations and internal policies.

In this position, you will perform a range of duties including ensuring compliance of our vendor network, evaluating all current and new compliance regulations. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working daily with vendors and third-party insurance agents, and contractor licensing boards to ensure compliance across our platform.
  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate all business operations relating to compliance including policies, communications, and procedures. Work with internal and external partners.
  • Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and policies.
  • Review and evaluate procedures and build reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
  • Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position.
  • High School Diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry insurance and licensing processes and regulations, example being worker’s compensation and general liability knowledge preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical demeanor with strong organizational skills.
