Compliance Programs Analyst

Information Technology Risk Management and Security Governance Risk and Compliance (ITRMS GRC) is an essential component of the current IT enterprise that provides support to the Pharmaceutical Research, Supply Chain and Marketing organizations. The Policy & Governance function is responsible for all IT GRC policies and processes, controls, compliance programs and risk insights.
The Compliance Programs Analyst will be responsible for managing and executing activities to support the IT Risk & Compliance Programs function. This role reports to the Associate Director, IT Risk & Compliance Programs.
Provide support to IT Risk & Compliance Programs based on priority and need. Programs include Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Business Continuity and Data Privacy.
Execute on all assigned functions based on direction from the lead.
Functions will include: Executing compliance program activities, supporting the definition of new programs and changes to existing programs, meeting with program stakeholders to assess program compliance and address findings, and creating program communication and training materials to support key initiatives.
Collect and share feedback on efficiency and effectiveness of programs with the lead and assist in developing program enhancements.
Desired Education Level:
Associate Degree is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Required Experience and Skills:
2+ years working in a Regulated Industry
Basic understanding of IT risk and compliance within a regulated industry
Ability to manage multiple projects with a wide variety of stakeholders
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Good organizational skills
Experience using productivity and collaboration tools, e.g., Office, Teams, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Professional certification - CISA, CGEIT, PCIP, CIPP, etc
Experience working in a policy or governance function
Desire to work in a global environment with broad exposure to multiple projects across the enterprise
