  • Write or assist with writing technical documentation primarily for operator use but not limited to work instructions, JIRA tickets, technical specifications, test procedures, and reports-multiple issues or programs at a time.
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Contribute to the cross-functional team, with a focus on high quality solutions and task-closure.
  • Strong computer publishing skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience developing documents using Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Professional. Experience with graphics software to develop or convert graphics for use in documentation.
  • Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to standard practices and conventions.
  • Must be able to work independently to gather pertinent information from Subject Matter Experts and develop comprehensive materials with strong focus on logical flow of material and clear, consistent language.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure solutions align with the organizations objectives.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
