The Compound Mix (CM) Crew Person performs all functions relating to the Compound Mixing Operation, including compound weigh up. Successful applicant must have the ability to be a certified forklift operator, have the ability to interface with a shop floor computer for inventory control and labor recording. Maintain excellent attendance, have availability to work overtime on short notice, and work with minimum supervision.

Physical requirements include the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and occasionally up to 75 lbs. in a dirty work environment. Required skills include the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately, and work effectively as part of a six (6) man team. Must maintain working area in a safe and orderly condition at all times; performs other duties, as may be required and as directed by Supervisor.

You are not following a performance improvement plan for your current position or on a final warning for your performance.   • You meet the qualifications listed for the position on the job posting.
