Job Description
Includes, but not limited to: Provides instruction support to the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT), Mobile CCTT, Virtual Clearance Training Suite (VCTS), AVCATT, and/or Reconfigurable Vehicle Tactical Trainer (RVTT). Verbally brief, instruct, and physically demonstrate use of simulator systems to the customer base. Use current tactical doctrine to organize computer generated forces, plan offensive or defensive operations, as required execute command and control for both manned simulators and computer-generated forces, their movement and maneuver, fire support, and other military aspects of a battle to successfully achieve customer-based training objective. Use specialized computer software and/or hardware to develop, integrate and edit instructional text, audio, graphics, animation and video for interactive presentations. Employ appropriate programming/branching logic and screen layout and remediation/feedback techniques. Implement quality control and review and revision procedures throughout the courseware development process. Document all maintenance actions by inputting data in MIS. May be required to support other devices and will be cross-trained, as needed.
Basic Qualifications
• Eligible for US SECRET security clearance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug
screening and background investigation
• Possess the skills and knowledge required to
coordinate, provide guidance and assistance to
training unit leaders and personnel in
preparation for and execution of a CCTT
exercise.
• Experience in leadership assignments at
platoon, company/troop or battalion/squadron
levels, e.g., Platoon Sergeant or Leader,
Company Commander or First Sergeant.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge
of Linux software.
• Prior instructor experience
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate.
Desired skills
• Demonstrate ability using tactics, techniques,
and procedures to organize forces, plan
offensive or defensive operations, and execute
command and control, movement and
maneuver, fire support, and other military
aspects of a battle to successfully achieve a
military objective.
• Demonstrate ability to develop and conduct
offensive and defensive operations of platoon,
company, and battalion size elements using a
notional military organization and its equipment
and tactics to demonstrate the principles of
war.
• Demonstrate ability to use the military
capabilities defined above with CCTT training
and expertise to successfully apply training unit
requirements to the simulation.
• Must have strong oral communication skills,
ability to facilitate and support After Action
Reviews (AARs)
• Master Gunner experience a plus

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
