Maintains CMMS system to ensure documents and files are up to date and accurate. Issues weekly Preventative Maintenance procedures to maintenance management.

• Review Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for outdated assets and associated Preventative Maintenance procedures (PM’s) and remove as necessary. Ensure system is up to date with current equipment in the factory.
• Act as Liaison with CMMS vendor to implement required changes/improvements. Maintain change log.
• Performs full range of complex clerical and specialized administrative tasks, requiring knowledge of organization and policies.
• Update CMMS roles and responsibilities of maintenance personnel as required.
• Responsible for multiple transactions involving work requests, PM’s and work orders.
• Work with Maintenance admin to develop critical business reports which support daily maintenance operations.
• Converts work requests to work orders as required.
• Issues Preventative Maintenance procedures to contractors as required.
• File archived documentation as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o Must pass test for Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Level 3)
• Working knowledge of plant equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Three to four years of related work experience, preferably possessing two-three years with PACCAR
