Position Purpose
  • Maintains the Tasting Room’s e experience reservation system and calendar to help coordinate staffing and setup and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Provides a warm greeting and high level customer service to create a memorable guest experience
  • Processes general telephone calls received by the winery, demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and a complete understanding of all the winery’s operations and guest experiences
  • Assists with customer concerns, questions and complaints via e-mail, telephone or in person in a timely manner and escalates issues to management accordingly
  • Assists with Retail Sales duties as needed

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma, GED equivalent, or actively seeking diploma/certification
