Concrete Plant Team Member

Concrete Laborer - Plant Team Member

FULL-TIME/YEAR ROUND/40-50+ HRS PER WEEK

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Mid-States Concrete Industries offers a unique opportunity located right here in South Beloit, IL!

 

We are a family owned and operated company. Since 1946, we have produced structural and architectural precast concrete systems that provide our partners with high quality building materials with sustaining performance. This position performs all work related to the fabrication of precast plank, beams, columns, and wall panels.

Job Requirements:

  • May operate hand and power tools of all types
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Kneel, crouch, bend
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 pounds
  • Outside positions – willingness to work outdoors year-round

Core Requirements


  • Basic math
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Construction experience (Preferred)
  • Concrete experience (Preferred)
  • Blueprint reading experience (Preferred)
