Job Overview:

Primoris Services Corporation is searching for a responsible individual to serve as our Concur System Coordinator. This is an entry level role that will perform a variety of administrative and supporting functions. Duties of the Concur Coordinator will include providing support to the Program manager and Concur users, as well as, assisting in daily tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Monitoring the Concur team mailbox and responding, as first level support.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal customers calls and emails.
  • Assist with Concur user account setups and maintenance.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the Concur system.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, as needed.
  • Assisting the Program Manager with additional task as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work.

Pay Range: $19.00-$24.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
