Compensation Range: $71,000 - $88,900

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

ABSL is seeking a full time Change Control Coordinator to lead, maintain, and continually improve the engineering and QMS change control process. This includes ensuring that changes are managed in accordance with appropriate procedures, coordinating change control activities with program teams to ensure timely closure of changes, and reporting on change control process health. The position reports to the Quality Manager and will be required to assist other departments / facilities as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees execution, management, and improvements of the engineering change control process using Lean principles
  • Maintains and improves change control process procedures and documentation
  • Provides change control training to the organization
  • Inputs data to and maintains process metrics for the change control process
  • Performs configuration audits of product documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

  • 6-8 years of experience OR Vocational Degree w/ 4-6 years experience OR Bachelor Degree w/ 3-4 years experience in an engineering change control process in a highly regulated company
  • Preferrable experience working within an AS9100 or ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
  • CM2 certification a plus (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Internal auditing experience a plus
