Our team has an immediate need for an experienced Construction Administration Manager whom will be responsible for a variety of management roles in specific project, business, or technical units. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on a number of different projects and may be located in the office or on a construction site.

  • Builds and maintains favorable working relationships as the primary contact with Clients, Contractors and other team members during construction phase activities.
  • Takes responsibility fo all assigned projects.
  • Reviews, understands and interprets construction drawings, technical specifications, contract documents, etc. in conjuction with the design team.
  • Works closely with the project team to ensure the implementation of design intent of the documents during construction.
  • Coordinates with design team in the analysis and review of requests for interpretations, submittals, and other aspects of the project as defined by contract language.
  • Performs on-site observations and generates field reports on the progress and quality of work. 
  • Attends weekly or bi-weekly progress meetings with the Client, Contractor, and other participants via virtual or on-site attendance.
  • Makes substantial completion inspections/determination with list of deficiencies. 
  • Review contractor claims.
  • Review, coordinate, and address project related corresondenc eby Client, design team and/or Contractor as applicatble to the project requirements.
  • Assists in technical document quality control and constructability reviews during the design process. 
  • Must have a strong understanding or architectural and engineering systems as well as communication skills to work with a variety of different project representatives.

  • Can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of experience overseeing technically complex construction projects.
  • A strong multidiscipline technical background and understanding of construction process paperwork handling, including but not limited to RFIs, Submittals, Change Issuance and Schedules.
  • In depth understanding of Contract Document Drawings and Specifications.
  • Previous experience working with Clients such as NAVFAC and USACE.
  • United States Citizenship.
