Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position

This position is eligible for a partial telework schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As a Construction & Forestry - Experimental Part Procurement Supervisor & SCI Process Pro for John Deere located in Dubuque, IA, you will supervise the Experimental Parts Procurement Team supporting Construction & Forestry. In addition, you will:

  • Identify, drive and manage Supply Chain Integration (SCI) process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as primary integrator with SCI Central Planning team
  • Develop and roll out new tools to support SCI efficiency improvements

What Skills You Need
  • 3 or more years of buying or equivalent experience
  • At minimum, a fundamental knowledge of Enterprise Product Delivery Processes (EPDP)
  • 3 or more years of demonstrated ability to influence without authority
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and adaptable
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Experience developing Tableau and/or Power Bi reports
  • SCI buying experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Open mind and passion for creative thinking
  • Cross functional experience
  • Career motivated with a strong drive to grow beyond this role
Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, a graduate degree is a plus
