Overview

Stellar is seeking to hire a Licensing Coordinator to be responsible for monitoring and processing all contracting and design professional licenses and license renewals for the company and its employees, as well as maintaining current and proper knowledge of licensing practices. This position requires a person who is extremely analytical and is an expert at problem-solving.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and processing all contracting and design professional licenses and license renewals for the company and its employees
  • Documenting all licenses and license renewals
  • Researching contracting and design professional licenses in jurisdictions where the company has upcoming projects
  • Assisting with the resolution of licensing issues as they arise
  • Maintaining current and proper knowledge of licensing practices
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's corporate structure
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business/construction/legal related-field preferred
  • Experience in construction/engineering/design industry required
  • Superb communication skills, as well as excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Able to work in a semi-paperless environment and have strong skills working with licensing software
