As a Construction Management Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We’re looking for a passionate Construction Professional in (Colorado) who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules, you’ll help our teams achieve our client’s objectives. You will utilize your expertise to monitor contractors’ work for compliance to schedule, budget, technical specifications, and legal requirements. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex design and construction problems, ensuring the success of our projects for our client. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Construction Management Transportation field or related
- Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to walk construction site, including walking up and down slopes, climbing ladders, and walking on scaffolding and other temporary structures.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and general building maintenance
- Engineer in Training (EIT)

Typical salary range for this position is $98,000 to $154,00 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
