 As an emerging Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Hillsboro, OR. who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

  • Develop master schedule for entire FA team
  • Develop forecasts to enable cost savings and cost reduction opportunities based on trade reconciliation, early returns
  • Single point of contact for team and leadership resource for newer staff.
  • Develop schedule, scope and budget in collaboration with client project manager
  • Interact with finance to ensure funding of design and trades ahead of scheduled start date
  • Issue capital and expense funding in line with standard costs in order to maintain budgets
  • Track designs to ensure handover to trades in time to enable scheduled build start dates
  • Work with factory and client partners to plan 6-week schedule lookaheads
  • Initiate incidental funding for unforeseen urgent support needs
  • Work with client to develop master schedule for team scope
  • Produce cost estimates based on quantity surveyor data, past projects, and trade bidding
  • A 4-year Professional degree in construction management/engineering and 2 years in semiconductor or high-tech construction experience.  OR
  • 2-year technical degree in construction management/engineering and 4 years in semiconductor or high-tech-related construction experience.
