 As an emerging Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll join our collaborative team, providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in Hillsboro, OR., who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

  • Develop a schedule, scope, and budget in collaboration with the client project manager
  • Interact with finance to ensure funding of design and trades ahead of the scheduled start date
  • Issue capital and expense funding in line with standard costs to maintain budgets
  • Track designs to ensure handover to trades in time to enable scheduled build start dates
  • Work with factory and client partners to plan 6-week schedule lookaheads
  • Initiate incidental funding for unforeseen urgent support needs
  • Work with client to develop a primary schedule for team scope
  • Produce cost estimates based on quantity surveyor data, past projects, and trade bidding
  • 2-years in semiconductor or high-tech-related construction experience or 
  • 2-year Professional degree in construction management/engineering or other relevant Professional degrees.
  • Business management degree acceptable with industrial/construction focus
