Contract Analyst I

***This position requires an active Secret clearance.***

Contract Analyst performs the development execution, data management, and oversight of program tasks. 

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Contract Analyst I: $110K- $130K                    

Pay commensurate with experience.

Contract Analyst I Responsibilities Include: 

• Working knowledge of the FAM and FAR and the ability to interpret/ implement their regulations.
• Assist Contract / Program / Management personnel in the development of SOW’s, PWS’s, IGCE’s, MOD’s, Justification Memo’s along with a vast array of AQM requirements. 
• Assist AF and PM in coordinating efforts with the acquisition management office on contractual issues.
• Assist, as a non-voting member, the Program Office in the preparation with Technical Evaluation Panels and provide technical knowledge of the TET / TEP process.
• Assist in the preparation, administration, and maintenance of comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Reports (QASP), and other required lifecycle contract and grant documents for pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout. 
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Contract Analyst I Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 
•  Ten (10) years of experience as a contract specialist, preferably related to U.S. foreign assistance Funds. 
• Five (5) years of experience in multi-tasking complex projects, requiring interpersonal and customer service, writing, analytic, problem-solving and computer skills. 
• Five (5) years of experience with cost analysis techniques. 
• Five (5) years of experience working Complex Acquisition Procurement Awards.
• Demonstrated fluency of English speaking and writing.
• FAC – C Level 3 or other US government agency equivalent certification.
• Requires SECRET Security Clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
