Walsworth is the 27th largest printer in the U.S. and Canada and among the top three yearbook companies. We seek a talented Copywriter to join our in-house Marketing team in our Overland Park, Kansas, office. 

Major Responsibilities

The copywriter will be responsible for working closely on marketing and communications projects to customers and prospects. The copywriter will support the marketing team in:

• Copywriting

• Researching, interviewing, writing and editing a wide variety of internal and external marketing projects

• Content planning

• Project management

· Market research

• Contributing to the creative development and implementation of a variety of marketing projects

• Managing workflow of editing and writing tasks

· Assisting with weekly reporting

· Conducting meetings, giving presentations, training and assisting as needed

• Participating on task teams as needed

Essential Qualifications

• Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree; a degree in Journalism, English, mass communications or marketing is preferred

• One to two years of equivalent related experience

• Must be detail oriented and a multitasker

• AP Style knowledge a plus
