Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to plan, direct, coordinate the work activities (QC inspection & repair), paperwork, and resources necessary for the cut table and repair area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate cut-table to facilitate Quality re-inspect and occasional cut order requests.

• Inspect rolls held for off-quality and either accept or reject the roll based on QC standards criteria.

• Maintain Cut Table reporting to document rolls inspected and the decisions made on acceptance or rejection.

• Escalate quality acceptance decision to QC Management if help is needed to evaluate the roll.

• Assist in helping repair rolls for multiple defects.

• Motivated, Mature, and Professional work attitude. Must follow dress code and have superior work ethics.

• Comply with all safety policies, practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.

• Helps train other employees to accomplish their daily tasks – repair and cut table assistance.

• Any other duties requested by supervisor or lead.
