Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Partner Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and feeding data, including meta DPA (Digital Partner Analytics) and Google DPA (Dynamic Product Ads), and working closely with retail partners on file feeds. Your expertise in platforms such as Salsify, Krotos, Syndigo, and analytics will be crucial in driving successful digital partnerships and optimizing data management for our organization.


  1. Data Management and Feeds:
  • Manage and feed data, including meta DPA and Google DPA, to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information for digital campaigns and partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to facilitate smooth file feeds, ensuring data integrity and compliance with partner requirements.
  • Optimize data feeds for efficiency, accuracy, and performance, working closely with internal teams to maintain high-quality product data across platforms.
  1. Partner Enablement:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for digital partners, fostering strong relationships and driving effective collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on leveraging platforms such as Salsify, Krotos, Syndigo, and other relevant tools.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure proper understanding and utilization of data management platforms and analytics.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to gather insights and track the performance of digital campaigns and data feeds.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align data strategies and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data management and digital partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced data quality, driving continuous optimization of digital partner enablement practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and ensure efficient workflows and data governance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital partner enablement, data management, and file feeds within a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Expertise in managing and feeding data for meta DPA, Google DPA, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salsify, Krotos, Syndigo, and other relevant data management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging analytics platforms to track and optimize digital campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and data governance best practices.

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
