We have a state-of-the-art production facility in Kannapolis, NC and we are looking for a full-time Disposal Operator to join our team. • AM shift - 6:30pm-6am

What to expect as a Disposal Operator:

• Loads and unloads materials within a warehouse or storage facility utilizing hand truck, forklifts, and standups.
• Operates compactor for crushing materials as directed.
• Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Conducts inspection on finished goods to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Adheres to all health, safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one (1) year of work experience required.
• Must be able to work long periods on your feet and perform repetitive actions such as bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
