Job Description

Seeking an on-site administrator for handling document control issues. Must have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Individual must have a professional demeanor with matching communication and writing skills. Ability to present/run/attend MS TEAMS (virtual application) meetings. Organized and superior attention to detail. Must be able to work under pressure and in multiple applications/programs at once. Attention to detail would include auditing information others submit, catching mistakes, and relaying information for quick resolutions.

Job Summary:

The Document Control Specialist provides support to the operations and sales departments with every aspect of document control.  

 

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Doc Control Specialist will download test equipment.
  • The Doc Control Specialist will create computer generated labels for job sites
  • The Doc Control Specialist supports sales team in making bid binders.
  • The Doc Control Specialist will back-up Auto-Cad team as required.
  • The Doc Control Specialist will perform other duties as assigned.

    Education, Certification, License and Skill Requirements:

    • Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
    • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
    • Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Experience with Bluebeam software preferred.
    • Must have the mental capacity to learn, understand and apply job-related concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, computer and software operations, input data and create/annotate drawings with a very high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis with high throughput and minimum supervision.
    • Must meet Company minimum driving standards
