The Collins Aerospace team is seeking a Technical Intern for the summer of 2024 to support the CNS (Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance) Weather Radar department Hardware team. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June-August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2024.

Primary Responsibilities:
Work with exceptional, highly experience engineers in the development, verification and support of communication products.
Define requirements, perform design and integrate hardware.
Perform verification and troubleshooting of electronic circuit boards, sub-assemblies and modules.
Collaborate and interact in a multi-functional, multi-discipline, and diverse development team.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem solving and analysis techniques
Should be able to understand electronic component data sheets and draw schematic diagrams
Have basic familiarity with lab test equipment
Self-starter that can work in a highly cross functional environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Pursuing a BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited educational institution
