Pyramid Semiconductor, part of the Heico group, is a manufacturer of semiconductors including P1750A processors, SRAMs, EEPROMs and FCT/FCT-T Logic. Pyramid Semiconductor is a complete semiconductor integrated circuit designer and manufacturer. We provide our customers with high reliability parts for their legacy programs.

 

We are equipped with a Clean Room Assembly Facility, Hermeticity testing, Burn-In, Marking, Visual Inspection, Lead forming and Electrical testing. Pyramid Semiconductor Corp. is certified as an ISO 9001 and AS9100D supplier. Pyramid Semiconductor Corp. also maintains the QML (Qualified Manufacturing Line) certification from DLA (Defense Logistics Agency).

 

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Test Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Semiconductor. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing test programs for our electronics products. You will also be responsible for supporting the manufacturing team when encountering testing issues during production and performing failure analysis.

 

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and update test programs (functional and parametric verification) for our various products (memories, logic and microprocessors) on the ATE used at Pyramid Semiconductor (Schlumberger Xincom and Fairchild Sentry, plus one new tester that is under evaluation before purchasing).
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues during the testing phase.
• Work with the Operations, Quality, Sales & Marketing on test development for new products.
• Write test procedures, electrical test specifications, and characterization reports in a thorough, clear, and concise manner.
• Analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions for enhancing testing reliability and coverage.
• Collaborate with production team, to identify and resolve test-related problems.
