Federal – Mid Ruby Developer

The Work:

Accenture Federal is seeking a Mid level Ruby and JavaScript Developer for a position in Arlington, VA to support it s ongoing web application development effort. Using multiple open source frameworks, a continuous integration environment, with automated continuous deployments to the public cloud hosting environment, you'll join our team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies

Here is what you need:

• 5+ year experience with Ruby on Rails (preferred)

• 5+ years’ experience of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React.js)

• 5+ years’ experience with HTML & CSS

• 3+ years of experience in using and managing change management tools, Git, Subversion, TortoiseSVN, and build server software (Jenkins/Hudson/Bamboo)

• Experience working with non-developer roles on a cross-functional agile delivery team

• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $82,400 - $133,700

Colorado: $82,4001 - $15,500

New York City: $95,400 - $133,700

Washington: $87,800 - $122,900
