The work:
As a Tech Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing 10 people across multiple development teams to modernize applications in the cloud for our client.
You will be working with the internal teams and client team to understand requirements and architecture design for the applications being developed.
You will be responsible for building relationships with client stakeholders and ensures AFS is meeting client expectations.
Here's what you need:
7+ years of experience developing multiple web applications in productions using one or more of the following technologies: Kotlin, Java, C#, or .Net.
Experience supervising teams on complex tasks and working to develop future leaders.
Experience with Azure cloud native technologies such as serverless, container implementations, DevOps, CLI, databases, compute, storage, Databricks security and networks.
Bonus points if you have:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science.
Previous consulting experience and understanding customer/business needs.
Healthcare Systems Experience.
Deployed written code and/or implemented CI/CD pipelines leveraging tools such as: Azure DevOps, Terraform etc.
Worked with Azure native databases such as Azure Blob Storage, MySQL, Cosmos DB etc.
Experience with Agile (SCRUM, Kanban), Standard SDLC, CMMI compliant projects.
Experience with issue tracking software (e.g. JIRA, BugZilla, Rational Suite).
Experience with source control management (SVN, GIT, Mercurial, CVS).
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - $198,800
Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700
New York City: $141,800 - 198,800
Washington: $130,500 - $182,800
