  • Prepare daily operational and sales KPI performance reports
  • Vendor and customer data management
  • Month end inventory count, reports preparation and data analysis
  • Analyze monthly standardized cost accounting reports, document and discuss results with management and decide on further actions necessary
  • Monthly reconciliation and processing of data in the ERP and in the financial system affecting the inventories and their valuations
  • Maintain sales price updates, review differences, investigate, and then initiate actions to correct discrepancies
  • Prepare sales summary reports, commissions, rebates and make the journal entries
  • Lead internal audit of Raw Materials and Finished Goods Inventory
  • Calculation of standard costs, FIFO and Lower of Cost or Market valuation of raw materials and finished goods inventory
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data which includes analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts, identifying trends and recommend actions to Controller or management based on sound analysis
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Update Financial Statements and reporting in HFM and FASTER monthly and quarterly
  • Coordinate and participate in the design, testing, implementation and review of complex manual and automated financial and accounting systems and processes.
  • Other responsibilities will include project work focused on continuous improvement initiatives within the planning team and analytical support for tactical planning
  • Work and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Survey, analyze, prepare various internal and external financial reports and government forms
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years related experience
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and motivation and reliable in terms of attendance
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of commitment, creativity, and teamwork
  • Able to form strong working relationships and communicate well with team members at all organizational levels
